MVA2017 offers travel support up to 80,000 JPY for students who make a significant contribution to the conference by presenting their excellent research work.

For applying for the student travel support, please send the following information in one PDF file to the general chairs NO LATER THAN MARCH 15TH (JST):

1. Applicant information (Name, Affiliation, Address, Email)
2. Accepted paper No. and title
3. Your supervisor’s recommendation comments
4. Your out-of-pocket expenses expected for attending MVA2017
5. A list of other funds sought or promised if any

All applications will be reviewed by MVA2017 Organizing Committee, and recipients will be announced by email around March 25, 2017. The recipients will receive the support at the registration desk during the main conference.
