Poster Sessions
The poster session will be held in Rooms 43 and 44 on the 4th floor of the Congress Center. Presenters must present their posters during the assigned session.
- The maximum size of a poster panel is an A0 portrait: 841 mm width × 1189 mm height. Texts and figures should be large enough to be read clearly at a distance of approximately 2 meters.
- Poster numbers should be printed on the posters. Your poster number will be announced after the presenter registration on July 11. Thumbtacks (drawing pins) or tapes will be provided for attaching your poster to the panel.
- All posters can be displayed throughout the main conference days (July 23 to 25). We recommend putting up your poster between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on July 23. Please finish it before your assigned session at the latest. Please remember to remove your poster by 1:00 pm on July 25.
- In addition to the paper pdfs and posters, the authors have to provide a 1-minute mp4 format video. The maximum file size is 50MB. Please prepare an English-narrated video about your work (maximum duration: 1 minute, with sound/narration). We plan to combine the 1-minute videos to summarize the highlights to be presented at the spotlight session right before each poster session.
- We also recommend overlaying the speaker at the top right corner. Please start with a 5-second static frame that displays the paper title and authors.
- In principle, authors are required to give a poster presentation on-site. If you are unable to participate on-site due to unavoidable circumstances, you are required to wait for questions at the online platform designated for each poster session (details will be announced later) during the assigned poster session time. Otherwise, your poster will be marked as a "No show."
- All participants' votes choose The Best Poster Awards and are awarded at the closing session. Please attend the closing session.
