Registration Fee
All fee is in JPY (¥). Timezone for deadline is JST (UTC+9).
Main Conference (May 8–10)
All registrations include: proceedings, admission to all sessions, farewell party on May 10, and coffee break. All registrations except for non-presenter student include a banquet ticket on May 9.

*1 Reduced member fee is applied if the participant is a member of either one of the IAPR regional representative societies or societies in cooperation with MVA2017.

Accommodation
You can book your hotels in Sakae, Nagoya through the registration site until April 10.
Visa
Visa information for entering Japan can be found at the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, but it is advised to contact the Consular Section of local Embassy or Consulate General of Japan.
Please allow enough time for obtaining visa because it can take one to two months. Visa letters will only be issued to presenters, committee members, and attendees who have paid the registration fee in full. If you need to have documents for visa application, please fill Request Form of MVA2017 Necessary Items For Visa Application. If you need to have just an invitation letter of MVA2017, please fill Request Form of MVA2017 Invitation Letter.
