Important Notes

If no such reviewer is available, it is not necessary to provide a reviewer to that submission. Additionally, the same person can serve as a reviewer for multiple submissions.
  • If you wish, you can simultaneously submit the same paper to the IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems. In this case, the paper will be reviewed independently from MVA, and if accepted, it will be published as a letter in the IEICE Transactions. Please note that the acceptance results for MVA and IEICE Transactions may not necessarily match. If the paper is accepted by both, it will not be published in the MVA proceedings. Additionally, the publication fee will be the responsibility of each author. If you wish to submit simultaneously to the IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems, please visit the following submission site and select [DV ISS Symposium (MVA2025) and Transactions Concurrent Review System] at the submission site.
