Due to the planned addition of new train and public test data that is expected to occur during the Public Test Phase, we will split this phase into two separate stages:

• Phase 1: Public Test (Initial)
  Duration: 2025.2.4 (23:59 PST) - 2025.3.14 (23:59 PST)
  Details: Evaluation based on the initial dataset.
• Phase 2: Public Test (Extended)
  Duration: 2025.3.16 (23:59 PST) - 2025.4.26 (23:59 PST)
  Details: Evaluation with the extended dataset, including newly added data.

Important Notes:
The new data is planned to be released on 2025.3.16 (23:59 PST). Participants must download and incorporate the updated dataset after its release.
Results from Phase 1 and Phase 2 will be evaluated independently. However, only the results from Phase 2 will be included in the public test results published in the challenge's paper. As noted on the official website, the final rankings will be determined based on the results of the private test phase.
